This was a full commercial trim out from front to back - and we mean that literally. From the kitchen to the restrooms to the bar, we handled every piece of plumbing this restaurant needed to open its doors. It's the kind of job that requires coordination, experience, and a team that knows how commercial builds actually work.
The bathrooms were built to ADA standards for both men's and women's - commercial flushometer toilets, wall-mounted vessel sinks, black matte faucets, and all the rough-in work behind the tile to make it function properly. Getting ADA compliance right isn't just about grab bars and clearances. The plumbing has to be set correctly from the start, or you're tearing it out later. We got it right the first time.
Out in the kitchen, we tied in the natural gas lines for a pizza oven, a commercial range, and three deep fryers. Gas line work in a commercial kitchen has zero room for shortcuts. Every connection has to be leak-tested and done to code - not just for inspections, but because the safety of everyone in that building depends on it. Yellow corrugated gas line, proper shutoffs, clean runs. Done right.
The front bar area got the same attention. We plumbed the full liquor bar setup including the cup washing machine - something a lot of people don't think about until it's not working during a rush. Having that machine properly plumbed and draining correctly is a big deal for a bar doing any kind of volume. We also made sure the floor drains throughout the space were set and ready to go.
Commercial plumbing jobs like this one are where experience really shows. A restaurant has a dozen systems that all have to work together on day one. We're proud to be the team Extreme Pizza trusted to get it all done.
